I designed this custom jersey for Panthers Youth Hockey as a commemorative piece honoring those who have served.

The challenge was to create something meaningful and respectful, while maintaining the strength and identity of the team’s brand.

From the start, the goal was to balance tribute and performance, building a design that acknowledges service without overwhelming the core identity of the team.

The jersey needed to carry symbolism, but still function first and foremost as a strong, wearable uniform.

The base of the jersey features a military inspired color palette, paired with digital camouflage elements integrated into the sleeves.

On the shoulders, subtle symbolic details, including the American flag and a custom paw mark, add context without overpowering the design.

The primary crest remains bold and centered, ensuring the team’s presence stays clear and readable on the ice.

Every element was designed with production in mind, from material behavior to color application, ensuring the jersey performs under real game conditions while maintaining a clean, professional look.

The layered graphics and tonal balance were refined to translate consistently across manufacturing and wear.

This project demonstrates how a uniform can carry meaning beyond the game, honoring a cause while still delivering a strong, functional design.
